NALAYINI BRITO - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: holds an MSc in business studies(with distinction) from the London Business School. Ms Brito has a postgraduate Diploma from the UK Institute of Bankers and is a qualified chartered accountant (ACA and ICMA).

Her 20 years of international work experience are concentrated in all areas of financial services and banking. She worked for Ernst & Young before becoming AVP with the Kuwait Asia Bank. Ms Brito was Vice President at Citibank N.A and most recently she has held senior positions with the Bank of New Zealand and SBC Warburg.

Ms Brito provides specialist banking consultancy and project management expertise to the Asian Development Bank, World Bank and the New Zealand Government, in addition to private sector clients in New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and India.

GARETH DAVIES - EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: holds a BSc (Economics) from the London School of Economics. He has more than 22 years international experience in the areas of finance, banking and information technology.

He has worked in Thailand, Laos, Vietnam, China, Mongolia, India, Bangladesh, Nepal, Kiribati and Ghana. These assignments were undertaken for the World Bank, Asian Development Bank and New Zealand Government.

Mr Davies is responsible for developing Vinstar's overseas business. He has previously worked for Citibank N.A, Honeywell Information Systems and Ford Motor Company.
